Returns & Exchanges

At MOS The Label, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
